October, 2009 Meeting
We had a good turnout for the October meeting, which was encouraging, since we voted for club officers for
the upcoming year. The results of the election were as follows:
President-Kurt Bird
Vice President-Ron East
Secretary/Treasurer-Frank Gorishek
Program Director-Almeta Robertson
At Large Directors: Kip Powers

Past President-Jim King
Alan Lacer will be our program for next month for an all-day session, followed by two days of classes.
The Woodcarvers show is Oct. 24th and 25th at the Bentonville High School.
We had a good "Show & Tell", as well as a good bring-back raffle.
The Christmas party will be at Ron East's residence on December 12th, from 11 AM to 2PM. Feel free to
contact Ron about any pot luck dishes you may want to bring. If you would like to bring a gift for the
Christmas exchange, please bring it unwrapped.
Their will not be a formal club meeting on this date.
